Who we are
momkin.ai ([ENTITY NAME], Amman, Jordan) builds AI agents for business. Our first product, Hader, is a WhatsApp front-desk assistant for clinics. Contact: hello@momkin.ai.
What we collect on this website
If you apply for a founding-clinic spot or contact us, we receive what you send us (name, clinic, WhatsApp number, your message). Our forms open WhatsApp — the conversation happens there, under WhatsApp's own terms. We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and no advertising trackers.
What Hader processes for clinics
When a clinic uses Hader, patient messages sent to the clinic's WhatsApp number are processed to answer questions, book appointments, and send reminders. The clinic owns this data; momkin processes it only on the clinic's behalf and instructions. We host on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest. Conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default (configurable by the clinic), then deleted. We never sell data, never share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure needed to run the service (Microsoft Azure, Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform, our AI model providers under data-processing terms), and never use patient conversations to train AI models.
Your rights
Clinics can export or delete all their data at any time — during the subscription or after cancelation. Patients can request deletion of their conversation data through their clinic or directly via hello@momkin.ai. We aim to comply with Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law.
Medical information
Hader answers administrative questions only (hours, prices, insurance, appointments). It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and it hands uncertain or sensitive conversations to clinic staff.

We'll post updates here and notify active clinics of material changes.
