Terms of Service

The service
Hader is a subscription: a WhatsApp front-desk assistant configured for your clinic (tiers: ASAS, BUNYAN — see Pricing). Setup and installation are included. Billing is monthly via CliQ or bank transfer; quarterly prepay earns 10% off.
No contracts
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. No exit fees. On cancelation we hand over your data and delete our copies per the Privacy Policy.
Founding-clinic program
Five clinics receive setup free and 50% off for their first year. In return we ask for honest feedback; any case study is published only with your separate written approval.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate clinic information (hours, prices, insurance, doctors' schedules) and keep it current; Hader answers only from information you approve. Obtain any patient notices required for using WhatsApp in your patient communication.
What Hader is not
Hader handles administrative communication. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services. Urgent or clinical matters are redirected to clinic staff; patients in emergencies should contact the clinic directly or emergency services.
Liability
We run the service with professional care on Microsoft Azure, but no software is perfect. To the extent Jordanian law allows, momkin's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding three months, and the clinic remains solely responsible for medical care and clinical decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms with prior notice to active clinics. Governing law: the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
