momkin.ai provides AI agent development and deployment services. We build custom AI solutions that run on your cloud infrastructure. Our current offering includes: • Free development for the first 30 projects • Deployment to your cloud accounts • Ongoing maintenance and support

You are responsible for: • Providing accurate information about your business needs • Maintaining your cloud accounts and credentials • Paying cloud provider costs and our service fees • Using AI agents in compliance with applicable laws

You own: • All AI agents we build for you • Your business data processed by agents • Your cloud infrastructure and accounts We retain rights to our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained.

Our pricing model: • Development: Free for launch program participants • Cloud costs: Billed directly by providers (Azure, AWS, etc.) • Service fee: 10% of monthly cloud usage • Maintenance: Fixed monthly fee based on complexity

momkin.ai provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination: • Your agents continue running on your infrastructure • You retain full ownership and control • No ongoing obligations to either party

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or WhatsApp.
