01 / Discovery & roadmap
For teams deciding where AI can help. We work through the business process, data readiness and integration needs with the people who own the work. The result is a prioritised plan and a scoped first project.
- Deliverables: opportunity shortlist, readiness review and pilot brief.
- Commercial approach: a defined discovery scope with an agreed project fee.
- Decision: which use case is worth testing, and what needs preparation.
02 / Focused pilot
For a defined opportunity that needs evidence. We build a bounded prototype and evaluate it on representative tasks in the languages your team uses. We agree success criteria before development and review the outcome together.
- Deliverables: prototype, evaluation results and implementation recommendation.
- Commercial approach: a scoped project with agreed milestones.
- Decision: proceed, adjust the scope or stop based on the evidence.
03 / Build & integrate
For a pilot ready to become part of daily work. We define integrations, permissions, exception handling and ownership, then plan rollout with the team that will operate the solution.
- Deliverables: agreed integrations, tested workflows, documentation and handover.
- Commercial approach: delivery milestones with acceptance criteria.
- Decision: release when the agreed operational and quality checks are met.
04 / Support & improvement
For a live workflow that needs monitoring, updates and adoption support. We agree which components are covered, how issues are handled and how changes are prioritised. Support hours and response targets belong in the agreement.
- Deliverables: quality reviews, a prioritised improvement backlog and user guidance.
- Commercial approach: an agreed recurring scope or separately scoped improvements.
- Decision: what to maintain, improve or expand during each review.
What shapes the estimate?
Scope, document quality, language requirements, system access and deployment constraints affect cost and timing. We separate implementation fees from expected model, hosting and third-party charges so you can assess the total running cost. No fixed price or timeline is implied before discovery.
- Bring a sample task and a small set of non-sensitive examples.
- Identify the process owner and systems that would need access.
- Tell us about budget, deadlines and hosting constraints.
Before we begin.
Can we start with just a workshop?
Yes. A focused discovery engagement can establish priorities and the questions a pilot should answer. Any later delivery is scoped separately.
Do you offer a monthly subscription?
Ongoing consultancy and support can be agreed as a recurring engagement. The scope, service hours and commercial terms are defined for your project; the website is not a self-service software subscription.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
We first review whether the workflow can fit your current tools. Recommendations depend on available integrations, data quality, access and the outcome you need.
